Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with deep carious lesions on mandibular molars wherever there is a need of pulpectomy were selected for the study. 2. Frankal behaviour rating with definitely positive and positive were selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who are allergic to articaine or lignocaine are excluded. 2. Children with any systemic medical illness like cardiac problems, epilepsy or any delayed in development are excluded. 3. Children in whom mandibular molars are indicated for extractions are excluded. 4. Children having Frankal behaviour rating definitely negative or negative are excluded.
