Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of chronic non-healing ulcer of Adequate peripheral vascular status assessed clinically Patients with controlled systemic conditions such as diabetes mellitus (HbA1c equal to or greater than 7.5percentage). Willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed case of Malignant ulcers Severe peripheral vascular disease bleeding disorders active systemic infection or sepsis Ulcers caused by sexually transmitted infections tuberculosis leprosy Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus severe anaemia (Hb less than 8 g/dL) or other systemic illnesses compromising wound healing. Hypersensitive Patients Patients with HIV infection or receiving immunosuppressive therapy Pregnant or lactating women.
