Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered Nurses (RNs) working in the PICU. Minimum 6 months of continuous clinical experience in pediatric intensive care. 2. Directly appointed as a PICU nurse 3. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Staff Nurse Nurses currently on extended leave or rotating out of the PICU during study period. 2. Nurses undegone training recently on mechanical ventilator 3. The children: With preexisting congenital anomalies. 4. Accidental chest injuries 5. Children with tracheostomy prior to current admission. 6. Children on chronic home ventilation prior to admission.
