Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women age group of 40-60 yrs with Perimenopausal symptoms like Anxiety, Hot flashes, Sleep disturbance & Joint and muscular discomfort.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Asymptomatic menopausal state. Patients with chronic disease (Diabetes mellitus,HTN) Patients with other psychiatric / psychosomatic disorders.
