Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy middle-aged and older adults aged 50 80 years, from both genders, who are native Malayalam speakers using Malayalam as their primary language of communication, with no self-reported history of speech or language disorders, having a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score greater than 25, belonging to middle socioeconomic status and possessing normal or corrected vision and hearing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a self reported history of neurological or psychiatric illness, or chronic medical conditions such as cancer currently undergoing treatment, chronic kidney disease, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and participants with less than 10 years of formal schooling.
