Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders with age group of thirty to sixty years. Iindividuals with Radiating pain. Back pain or stiffness lasting more than 24 hrs. Back pain complaining more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe neurological deficits. Any lower limb or spine surgery or fractures. Any lower-limb occlusion or Vascular diseases. Hip arthritis. Diagnosed with Pregancy. Any form of malignancy.
