Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age- above 60 year Both male and female participants Medically stable individual Able to understand and follow simple instructions Able to safely participate in VR-based activities Willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe cognitive impairment severe visual or auditory impairment affecting VR use History of severe dizziness, vertigo or balance disorders Any serious medical condition limiting safe participation Diagnosed psychiatric illnes affecting cooperation
