Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children who require anesthesia twice for treatment procedures in order to undergo various dental procedures. Children who demonstrated Frankel s 3 & 4 during pretreatment evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are medically and mentally compromised. Children with previous negative dental experience Children who require emergency treatment procedures . Children who will be categorized under Frankel s 1 & 2. Children allergic to local anesthesia drug will be excluded.
