Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 18 years who are healthy, able to provide age-appropriate assent with parental or guardian consent, and willing to participate in sensory taste testing will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any known renal disease, hypertension, taste or smell disorders, food allergies related to test foods, current medication affecting taste perception, or any acute illness at the time of participation.
