Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individual diagnosed with incomplete spinal cord injury 2. Categorized as American Spinal Injury Association Impairment scale Grade C&D 3. Level of injury from T1 to L1 4. Age between 18 & 45 years 5. At least 3 month after spinal cord injury 6. Functional ambulatory category greater than 3 7. Individual with SCI able to enhance leg independently with the treadmill speed at 0.2kmPer hour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any other pre-existing neurological problem, musculoskeletal condition cardiovascular or psychiatric problem which may interfere with the treatment 2. Spasticity of grade 3 or more in extremities on Modified Ashworth Scale which may interfere with the treatment 3. Uncorrected visual or auditory impairment that may impact the ability to participate 4. Body weight more than 150kg 5. Skin lesion or rash at potential sites which may interfere with the treatment or placing of electrode of tDCS or grade 2 or higher pressure ulcer (according to National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel Classification) that interfere with harness support or walking or standing 6. History of seizure migraine headache or epilepsy brain surgery 7. History of recent episode of orthostatic hypertension or autonomic dysreflexia 8. Cardiac pacemaker and pregnancy 9. Intracranial or skull implant 10. Previous experience of transcranial direct current stimulation post SCI
