Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 18 to 60 years. 2)Confirmed otomycosis diagnosis via clinical and/or mycological evidence. 3)Symptomatic presentation with at least two key otomycosis symptoms. 4)Informed consent and willingness to adhere to the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Known allergy to essential oils or the carrier oil 2)Tympanic membrane perforation 3)Significant inner ear disease 4)Use of other ear medications during the study 5)Any condition affecting safety or protocol compliance
