Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Idiopathic infertile men (age 20-50 years) having non- obstructive azoospermic (NOA, Sertoli cell only syndrome, maturation arrest, hypo-spermatogenesis) as experimental and obstructive azoospermic (OA)as control groups respectively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anatomical defects, Hormonal (FSH/LH/T/) abnormality, Klinefelter (XXY)syndrome or Y chromosome micro-delectation, Chromosomal aberrations, Cystic fibrosis etc.

MeasureTime frame
Generation of Differential Gene Expression Profile between OA (Spermatogenically active Control) and NOA (Spermatogenically inactive Experimental) Testes.Timepoint: At single time point, post evaluation of the patient samples by the clinicians. Once the Samples are categorized as OA and NOA, we collect the leftover/residual samples for further analysis.
