Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing flexible bronchoscopy for suspected malignancy or infective pulmonary diseases and providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Already diagnosed cases of malignancy undergoing BAL for the similar indication
