Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged more than equal to 18 years. Patients with elevated serum PSA (greater then 4 ng/mL) and/or abnormal digital rectal examination (DRE) findings. Patients with MRI prostate findings suggestive of clinically significant PCa (PI-RADS greater than 3). Patients who provide informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bleeding disorders or on anticoagulation not corrected prior to procedure. Active urinary tract infection. Patients with previous history of prostate surgery or radiotherapy. Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
