Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age of participant 18-35 years (both males and females are included) 2.Using their mobile phone or any other electronic device for 3 hrs or more than 3 hrs 3.The presence of Non-specific neck pain (NPRS more than or equal to 5) 4.Disability (Mild to Moderate Disability) 5.Range of Motion (Restricted cervical extension) 6.Craniovertebral Angle(Tragus to Wall test more than or equal to 10cm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Osteoporosis 2.Stenosis 3.Scoliosis 4.Spondylolisthesis 5.Torticollis 6.Spinal infections or inflammatory disorders 7.Malignancies 8.Herniation and trauma 9.Any radiation of symptoms present
