Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II Posted for elective FESS under general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known hypersensitivity to study drugs Patients having uncontrolled hypertension, cardiovascular diseases or cerebrovascular diseases Renal or hepatic impairment Pregnant or lactating women Patients on alpha 2 adrenergic agonists
