Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing to participate in clinical trial. 2. Patients between the age group of 18 to 60years of either sex. 3. Patients having any clinical sign and symptoms of Pandu Roga with special reference iron deficiency anaemia. 4. Patients with Hb within the range of 8 to 10 gm per dl. 5. S.Ferritin Less than 30ig per L. 6. Peripheral smear of blood shows hypochromic per microcytic anaemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate in clinical trials. 2. Patients suffering from systemic diseases like cardiac problems, diabetes, hypertention,rheumatoid arthritis, carcinomas etc. 3. Anaemia caused by other than iron deficiency anaemia. 4. Patients participated in any other clinical trial with in last six months. 5. Patient suffering from any continuing blood loss e.g heamatemesis,melena,bleeding piles. 6. Pregnant or lactating women.

Changes in the clinical sign and symptoms of Pandu Roga (Iron deficiency anaemia) such as panduta (pallor), Klama (fatigue), Daurbalya (weakness), Hridayaspandana (palpitations) and Shwasa (breathlessness)Timepoint: 8 weeks
