Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and above. 2. Patients willing for Implant prosthesis. 3. Patients with grossly decayed teeth indicated for routine atraumatic extraction with or without periapical and periodontal pathology with radiographic radiolucency less than 5mm in a diameter and available bone greater than or equal to 5mm for initial stability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to consent. 2. Patients with history of hepatic, renal disorders, cardiovascular, thyroid disorders, neurological or psychiatric disorders, coagulation disorders, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, metabolic bone diseases and taking immunosuppressive therapy. 3. Patients with periapical infection more than 5mm in a diameter. 4. Patients with available bone less than 5mm for initial stability.
