Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Older Adults 60 to 70 years. 2. Diagnosis of Sarcopenia according to the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS 2019) consensus criteria: 1. Low Muscle Strength (Hand-grip strength less than 28kg for men and less than 18 kg for women. 2. Low Muscle quantity/quality-Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (Men less than 7.0 kg per meter square and Women less than 5.7 kg per meter square. 3. SPPB less than 8, TUG more than 20 seconds,4m walk more than 6 minutes. 3. Frailty Score less than 6 on the clinical frailty scale. 4. Medically stable and able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with acute or unstable cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic conditions. 2. History of neurological disorders that severely affect movement. 3. Musculoskeletal conditions that severely contraindicate physical exercise. 4. Current participation in other structured exercise programs. 5. Diagnosis of dementia or severe cognitive impairment.
