Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 to 65 years of either sex with the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classes 1 and 2 undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients unwilling to participate in the study. 2)Patients with BMI more than 35 kgm2 3)History of hypersensitivity to the drugs 4)Parturient 5)Chronic use of opioids or opioid addiction, steroids. 6)Inability to comprehend postoperatively for the pain assessment scale or neuropsychiatric disorders.
