Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Current employment in the operating room department Direct involvement in operative care or OR management Willingness to provide informed consent Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet connectivity Ability to comprehend and respond to survey questions in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff on extended leave (more than 2 months) during the study period Refusal to provide consent Inability to access the web application Incomplete survey submissions (where mandated questions are not answered)
