Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lost one parent in the last 2 to 5 years. 2.Ability to read, write and speak English and/or Tamil 3.Score below 25 on the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Loss of both parents 2.History of diagnosed mental illness 3.Have attended more than 5 sessions of structured therapy 4.Parental loss due to long-term terminal illness
