Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient willing to participate in study and ready to gives written informed consent. 2)Patients having age between 18-60 years. 3)Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, marital status, religion, educational and economic status. 4)Patients having Acute and Chronic Fissure In Ano. 5)Patients having controlled diabetes mellitus (BSL random between 70-140 mg/dl) will be included. 6) Co- operative patients.
