Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Ekakushtha(psoriasis). 2.Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, religion,or occupation coming to OPD. 3.Patient willing to give inform consent and able to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having pustular psoriasis. 2.Patient of other skin disorders. 3.Pregnant and Lactating women.

To assess the efficacy of Saptaparna churna siddha Takradhara with Avipattikar churna in the management of Ekakushtha with special reference to Psoriasis assessing subjective parameters such as Ekakushtha i. e aswedana, mahavastu, matsyashaklopamam.Timepoint: 44 days

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess the changes in signs and symptoms of Ekakushtha i.e aswedana, mahavastu, matsyashaklopamam after giving Saptaparna Takradhara for 14 days. 2.To assess gradation in stress after giving Saptaparna churna siddha Takradhara for 14 days. 3.To assess the improvement in candle grease sign after giving Saptaparna churna siddha Takradhara and Avipattikar churna to patient after 14 days. 4.To study the etiopathology of Ekakushtha in detail according to Ayurveda and Psoriasis according to modern science. 5.To improve the quality of life and reduce stress as well as discomfort of patient.Timepoint: 44 days
