Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years Identified as primary caregiver who spends the most time assisting the patient in daily activities and mobility Caring for a clinically diagnosed stroke survivor ischemic or haemorrhagic in the subacute or chronic phase more than 1 week poststroke Willing to participate and provide written informed consent Able to understand the language of instruction Tamil or English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any neurological musculoskeletal or cognitive impairment that may limit their ability to learn or perform handling tasks Professional healthcare workers such as nurses physiotherapist etc acting as caregivers Caregivers who have already received formal structured training in patient handling in the past 6 months
