Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shooters with prior 2 years of competitive shooting experience No change in major training regimen in last 4 weeks Currently training or competing in air pistol or rifle shooting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any systemic disease or musculoskeletal trauma in the past 6 months Any history of neurological condition, psychiatric illness , visual impairment or sleep disorder Subject with any fracture of upper limb in past 6 months Subjects with altered cognition
