Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers with children between the ages of 1-3 years, with age adequate speech and language skills. The participant should not be diagnosed with any mental or physical health conditions. The participant should be able to read and comprehend English, must have a minimum graduate level qualification, and must be residing in Manipal, to be a part of the study. Mothers who are both employed and homemakers with a middle socio-economic status can be a part of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers diagnosed with mental health conditions and chronic health conditions are excluded. Mothers of children diagnosed with language disorders / Neurodevelopment disorders / Cognitive delay / Chronic health conditions cannot be a part of the study
