Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who are having classical sign symptoms of chronic anal fissure like sharp burning pain itching irritation visible tear or crack in the anal lining skin tag Sentinel Pile anal sphincter muscle spasm fear of defecation Sex-Both male and femal Patients between the ages of 20 to 60 yrs Diagnosed with chronic anal fissure 6weeks duration Failure of 4 weeks of conservative treatment e.g. , site baths, dietary changes, topical diltiazem/nitroglycerin) Posterior midline fissure Willingness to undergo surgical treatment under local anesthesia Patient willing to participate in clinical study trial with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other systemic illness like Malignancy HBsAg and Retrovirus positive patients. Patients diagnosed with internal piles, Fistula in ano and Abscess Diagnosed case of crohn s disease and Ulcerative colitis Infective and Neoplastic conditions of rectum, rectal prolapse, will be excluded Pelvic pathology, pregnancy, lactating woman Patient not willing to participate in the clinical trial /study or written consent
