Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Who is Primigravida Age is between 21 to 35 years Singleton pregnancy Having a gestational week between 18 to 22 weeks Who is Having Child Birth Fear
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Who is Conceived through ART Who is diagnosed with the high-risk condition. Who is diagnosed with any medical & surgical condition. Who is having the Psychiatric Problem
