Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Eka-Kushtha based on Ayurvedic and modern clinical criteria. 2. Participants aged between 18 to 60 years. 3. Mild to moderate cases of Eka-Kushtha. 4. Patients ready to undergo Virechana Karma and follow dietary restrictions. 5. Patients who are willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe or widespread erythrodermic, pustular, or psoriatic arthritis. 2. Pregnant and Lactating Women. 3. Patients who are already known cases of diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis, HIV, hepatitis, chronic renal failure, or malignancies. 4. Conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, or other systemic autoimmune diseases. 5. Patients who have taken steroids, methotrexate, or biologics within the last 3 months. 6. Patients with severe depression, schizophrenia, or any mental illness affecting compliance.
