| Night shift workers are expected to have higher Nidra Vega Dharana compared to day shift workers. Agni impairment (mainly Mandagni) is anticipated to be more prevalent in night shift workers. Lower serum Vitamin B12 levels are expected among night shift workers. A significant correlation is expected between Nidra Vega Dharana, Agni disturbance, and Vitamin B12 deficiency, supporting the Ayurvedic concept that suppression of sleep affects digestion and nutrient absorption.Timepoint: 12 months | — |
