Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 60 years of both sexes Diagnosed with depressive disorder as per DSM-5/PHQ-9 Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised and patient with serious medical conditions and co-morbidities. Severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., psychosis, bipolar disorder) Patients on antidepressant therapy Pregnant/lactating women Refusal to consent
