Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 to 40, chronic neck pain-duration of neeck pain for atleast 3 months nonspecific or mechanical neck pain,pain intensity-moderate rangeless than 4,NPRS greater than 8,medical clearance-able to participate in an exercise program as confirmed by a physician or orthopaedician, willingness to participate and written informed consent provide

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neck pathologies, history of cervical spine surgery or fracture, neurological disorder conditions affecting motor control. example parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis and stroke , systemic inflammatory conditions diagnosis autoimmune disorders like rehmathoid arthritiss, ankylosing spondolytis, radiating apin, cervical spondolysis
