Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postpartum women three to six months after delivery who is predominantly breastfeeding or predominantly bottle feeding or women fluent in English or women who were physically active or women able to give informed consent or willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological condition like stroke epilepsy or orthopedic condition like chronic low back pain or systemic condition like diabetes mellitus or psychiatrist illness like depression or currently pregnant women or inability to provide informed consent
