Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed with acute/chronic rhinosinusitis No history of nasal surgery or structural nasal abnormalities Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with history of severe respiratory disorders (e.g. COPD, asthma) Patients with history of neurological or musculoskeletal conditions affecting breathing patterns. Those currently undergoing other sinus drainage therapies Smokers or individuals with a history of substance abuse
