Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with Parikartika (Acute fissure-in-ano). Patients aged between 18 60 years. Patient irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and economic status. Patient who are ready to participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with other co-existing Ano rectal diseases, like hemorrhoids, fistula-in-ano, tuberculosis, Ca rectum etc. Patients of chronic fissure -in- ano with sentinel pile. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c more than 8 percentage) and hypertension (Systolic more than 150mm Hg, Diastolic more than 90mm Hg). Acute Fissure-in-ano associated with systemic disorders like ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease etc.
