Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals not suffering from musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Volunteers irrespective of gender, caste, and socio-economic status Volunteers consuming vegetarian or mixed diet Age between 18 and 48 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals below 18 years and above 48 years Pregnant women Individuals suffering from chronic illness History of lower limb injury or surgery
