Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 18 and 35 years irrespective of sex. Clinically diagnosed cases of primary bromhidrosis (foul-smelling sweat, especially in axillae). Willingness to discontinue any other topical or oral treatment for body odor during the study period. Patient with Hedonic scale value from -4 to -1 can be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any ingredient in the trial formulation. Secondary bromhidrosis caused by underlying systemic or dermatological conditions such as: Diabetes mellitus, Hyperthyroidism ,Skin infections ,Metabolic disorders . Presence of active skin lesions or infections in the axillary region(eg.boils,eczema, fungal infections) Current use of systemic antibiotics, corticosteroids, or immunosuppressant that may influence sweat or skin condition. Patient with active acne vulgaris. Pregnant or lactating women. Psychiatric disorders.
