Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient who is undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery, ASA Grade one to two patient, Age eighteen to sixty years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient who refused to give consent, patient with bleeding diathesis, Patient having contraindication for combined spinal epidural anaesthesia
