Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who is undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery, ASA Grade one to two patient, Age eighteen to sixty years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who refused to give consent, patient with bleeding diathesis, Patient having contraindication for combined spinal epidural anaesthesia

To determine the first-pass needle succes rateTimepoint: Time Point: At the time of procedure (intraoperative period), during needle insertion for combined spinal-epidural anaesthesia. OR Immediately during the first needle insertion attempt.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the number of needle puncture attempts to establish successful combined spinal epidural & time taken to accomplish spinal epidural & complicationsTimepoint: During the procedure intro operative period OR Assessed at the time of CSE performance
