Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who will be diagnosed suffering with postoperative pain for surgery of chronic fissure in ano and sentinel pile.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below age of 18 and more than 60 years Patient of Fissurre in ano with Haemorrhoids fistula in ano and Abscess Patient associated with Tuberculosis Anal Malignancy Immunological disease like Crohns disease Ulcerative colitis STD HIV Hepatitis Uncontrolled case of Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension were also excluded from the study Pregnant women
