Inclusion criteria: Children aged 12 24 months attending Paediatric OPD, KIMSHEALTH Informed consent from parent/guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with chronic systemic diseases (CHD, CKD, GDD) Endocrine disorders such as congenital hypothyroidism, diabetes mellitus,CAH Chromosomal or metabolic disorders Extreme preterm/preterm infants or those with stormy neonatal course
