Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of myocardial infraction or stroke Pregnancy or lactation HbA1 C more than 6.4 Participants contraindicated for niruha basti

Changes in serum triglycerides blood sugar blood pressure and BMI will be assessed by lab investigations and changes in variables before and after treatment will be recordedTimepoint: serum triglycerides blood sugar blood pressure and BMI assessment will be done on the day before starting the treatment on day 22 and day 38
