Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18-45Year pregnant female with cardiac disease 2 ASA class II and above 3 Hemodynamically stable at the time of anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient Refusal 2 Coagulopathy 3 Eisenmenger Syndrome 4 Allergy to amide local anaesthetic. 5 Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia

MeasureTime frame
1) To assess Maternal outcomes a) Hemodynamic changes b) Mean arterial pressure changes c) Heart rate variation and arterial oxygen saturation d) Ecg changes 2) To assess Neonatal outcomes a) Apgar score b) Need of ventilation Timepoint: At baseline immediately after spinal anaesthesia upto surgery completes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
a) To assess onset duration & level of sensory & motor blockade. b) To evaluate the incidence of maternal side effects or cardiac complications if any. Timepoint: At baseline upto 24hrs
