Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy volunteers of first year BDS students with no abnormality in hand dexterity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers who have practiced any other yogic exercises including meditation or biofeedback relaxation technique in past one year 2. Volunteers who have participated in athletic events in last one year 3. Volunteers with a history of Arthritis or other existing similar conditions affecting joints 4. Volunteers with physical disabi1ities
