Intervention1: Agnikarma in Gridhasi: Agnikarma will be performed in Antar Kandra Gulf Shira and also in most painfull points for 28 days with 7 day interval Control Intervention1: Agnikarma in Gridha

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient who present the sign and symptoms of Ghridhasi like Ruka, Stambha, Toda, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of any other major illness like Severe Anemia, Haemophilia,Septicemia, HIV, HbsAg infection etc. 2. Severe traumatic injury 3.Fibrositis of sacral ligament 4.Malnourish patients (as per age, height, weight) 5. Pregnant women & lactating mother 6. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertensive patients. 7. Patient with malignancy. 8.Tuberculosis of spine, hip joint. 9. Congenital spinal deformity. 10.Patient with pacemaker and implants 11.Psychotic patient
