Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parent of children aged 18-65 years diagnosed with beta thalassemia. Consenting for participation in the study from the parent/guardian. Access to a mobile phone capable of receiving education content. Having good internet connectivity The ability to read/understand the language used in educational content. Regular follow-up at the tertiary care hospital with an active patient profile

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents of critically ill children requiring hospitalisation or intensive care during the study period. Previous participation in a similar educational program. Inability to attend/follow the required number of intervention sessions due to any reason.
