Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No musculoskeletal injury in the past 6 months Regular running practice (more than 3 days/week) Ability to run comfortably on all selected surfaces Healthy recreational runners aged 18 to 35 years both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current or recent lower-limb injury Neuromuscular disorders Use of orthotics or assistive devices Professional athletes (to focus on recreational runners)
