Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Weighing 45-80kg, Undergoing head and neck cancer surgery with free-flap reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to give consent, Egg allergy, Bradyarrhythmias, Respiratory dysfunction, Hepatorenal dysfunction, Posted for redo surgery
