Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of age 18 to 40 years Individuals who are engaged in shift work for more than the last 6 months Individuals will be screened via the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index for Sleep and circadian rhythm disruption and the individuals having a score of more than 5 will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant/lactating women Individuals on drugs influencing lipid or circadian metabolism Individuals with extreme dietary habits alcohol tobacco intake or drug abuse Individuals with chronic metabolic disorders
