Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 30 years (both male and female). 2. Individuals who are physically active or able to perform basic exercises. 3. Individuals who can understand and follow instructions given during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute or chronic low back pain in the last 6 months. 2. History of spinal deformity (e.g., scoliosis, spondylolisthesis). 3. History of neurological disorders affecting posture or movement. 4. History of cardiorespiratory conditions that limit exercise performance. 5. Participation in regular yoga or core training in the previous 3 months.
